A 12-week pelvic plan, adjusted at a weekly check-in

You miss being sure of yourself in bed with her.

Past 40, a lot of men notice it at night first. The desire is there, the confidence comes and goes, and you'd like to feel like yourself with her again.

Lodestar is a 12-week plan of Kegel and pelvic exercises, hip mobility, breathing and core, 8 to 14 minutes a day. Each Sunday you report back, and a guide inside the app rewrites your next seven days around your answers, your schedule and your pace.

Before week 1, the app asks about your life

About 4 minutes of questions, kept private on your account. Each one sets something specific in your plan.

How are your energy and drive lately?Sets how long the opening sessions run.
How often are you up at night for the bathroom?Decides whether your sessions sit in the morning or the evening.
How do strength and stamina feel at the gym or on the job?Picks whether lying-down or upright positions come in early.
How are the nights with your partner?Opens the readings on intimacy in phase 4, or sooner if you ask.
When does your day have a quiet 10 minutes?Places your daily reminder and the length of each session.

Twelve weeks, four phases, drawn out

Each square is one day. Columns are weeks. Sundays are rest and check-in days. A phase can stretch by a week if your check-ins ask for it.

Questions before you sign up

What happens at the Sunday check-in?

You get about 6 short questions on the week: sessions finished, what felt off, your schedule ahead, your nights. Your guide replies by Monday morning with the week rewritten: session length, positions, time of day and any reading you asked for.

Who is the guide?

The guide is a coach-style companion inside the app who reads your check-ins and adjusts your plan. The guide is not a doctor or therapist. For anything about your health, speak with a doctor.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. For 45 days after your first paid charge, send a refund request from the app's account screen or by email, and the full amount goes back to the card or account you paid with. No reason needed.
